The short version

We collect what we need to review your credit, run your disputes, bill you and keep you updated. We share it only with the service providers that help us do that work and with the credit bureaus and creditors you hire us to contact. No selling, no renting, and your mobile number and text consent are never shared for anyone else's marketing. Reply STOP to any text or click unsubscribe in any marketing email to opt out.

01Who we are

This Privacy Policy covers Crystal Clear Credit by C3 Solutions, a brand of C3 Business Solutions, Inc. d/b/a C3 Solutions ("C3 Solutions," "we," "us" or "our"), 4171 Lomac St, Ste F10, Montgomery, AL 36106. It applies to information we collect through our websites (including getcrystalclearcredit.com and its subdomains), our enrollment, quote and intake forms, client portals, social media messages, phone calls, text messages and emails.

If you become a client, your client service agreement also applies. If the two ever conflict about your client file, the client service agreement controls.

02What we collect

Information you give us

  • Contact details: name, email address, mobile and other phone numbers, mailing address.
  • Identity details needed to dispute on your behalf: legal name, date of birth, Social Security number, current and previous addresses, and copies of documents such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, and identity theft or police reports when they apply.
  • Credit information: credit reports and scores, account and collection details, dispute history, and bureau and creditor correspondence you send us.
  • Credit monitoring account details: the login information you provide so we can pull and refresh your reports through your monitoring service.
  • Payment details: billing name, address and payment method. Card and bank details are collected and stored by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
  • Your goals and communications: things like your homebuying timeline, form answers, messages, call notes, and anything else you choose to share with us.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring links and campaign tags, collected through cookies and similar tools (see Section 7).
  • Message activity: whether an email was delivered or opened, link clicks, and text message delivery status, opt-ins and opt-outs.

Information from others

  • Credit bureaus, credit monitoring providers, creditors and collectors, in reports and responses to disputes we file for you.
  • Referral partners (such as real estate agents or lenders) who introduce you to us, limited to your contact details and the referral.

03How we use it

  • To review your credit, prepare quotes, and deliver the services in your client service agreement, including preparing and sending disputes and letters.
  • To verify your identity and prevent fraud, including fraudulent disputes.
  • To process enrollments, invoices, payment plans and receipts.
  • To communicate with you by phone, email and text about your inquiry, enrollment, account, payments, appointments and progress.
  • To send education, offers and updates when you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
  • To improve our websites, services and client experience, and to measure which pages and campaigns work.
  • To meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations, including the Credit Repair Organizations Act and consumer protection laws, and to protect our rights.

04Text messages (SMS)

Messages may include enrollment and account updates, quote and invoice links, payment reminders and receipts, appointment reminders, document requests, progress updates, and, if you agreed to them, credit education tips and offers.

Your mobile privacy

Your number stays with us.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

STOPReply STOP to opt out. You'll get one confirmation text and nothing more.
HELPReply HELP for help, or email info@getcrystalclearcredit.com.
STARTReply START or UNSTOP to opt back in.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. Full program details are in our SMS Terms.

05Email

We email you about your inquiry, quote, enrollment, invoices, payments, account and service progress. These service emails are part of working with us, so you will keep receiving them while you are a client or have an open inquiry.

If you have opted in to education, newsletters or offers, you can opt out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by emailing info@getcrystalclearcredit.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject. We process marketing opt-outs promptly and always within 10 business days. Opting out of marketing does not stop service and billing emails about an active account.

06Who we share with

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only as described here:

  • Credit bureaus, creditors, collectors and agencies you hire us to contact. To dispute or correct items, we send the information each dispute requires, which can include your name, address, date of birth, Social Security number and supporting documents, to Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, data furnishers, and when appropriate the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau or Federal Trade Commission.
  • Service providers who work for us under confidentiality obligations, only for the job we give them. These include our client management and dispute software, our communications and CRM platform (email, text and invoicing), our payment processor, our email and document workspace, website hosting, analytics, and trained team members or contractors who help prepare your disputes and reports.
  • Credit monitoring providers. If you enroll in a monitoring service through our link, that provider handles your enrollment under its own privacy policy. We may receive an affiliate commission from some monitoring providers when clients enroll.
  • Referral partners. If a real estate agent, lender or other partner referred you, we may tell them that you connected with us. We do not share your credit details with a partner unless you ask us to in writing.
  • Legal and safety reasons. To follow the law, a court order or valid legal request, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, safety and property of our clients, our team or the public.
  • Business changes. If C3 Solutions is involved in a merger, sale or transfer of assets, your information may transfer as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.

Mobile numbers and text messaging consent are never shared with anyone for their own marketing, as stated in Section 4.

07Cookies and analytics

Our websites use cookies and similar tools to keep pages working, remember your choices, protect forms from bots, and understand how visitors use our pages. We use Google Analytics to measure page visits and campaign results, and we may show visitor-count notices that reflect real activity on a page. We keep quote and personal details out of the information sent to analytics tools.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Some parts of our forms and checkout may not work without cookies.

08How we protect it

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to team members who need it for their work, sign-in protections such as one-time codes and multi-factor authentication on key business systems, and payment processing through PCI-compliant providers. We ask you to send sensitive documents only through our secure portal or forms, not through social media messages.

No system is perfectly secure. If we learn of a security incident that affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.

09How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are a lead or client and afterward for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, accounting and recordkeeping requirements, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it. Records required by the Credit Repair Organizations Act and related laws are kept for the periods those laws require.

10Your choices and rights

  • Texts: reply STOP to any message, or tell us by email.
  • Marketing emails: click unsubscribe or email us.
  • Access and correction: ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to fix anything that is wrong.
  • Deletion: ask us to delete your information. We will delete what we can, but we may need to keep some records to meet legal obligations, complete services you paid for, or protect against fraud.
  • State privacy rights: depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to know, access, correct, delete or limit the use of your personal information, and the right not to be treated differently for using them. We honor these requests as the law requires. An authorized agent may submit a request for you with proof of your permission.

To make a request, email info@getcrystalclearcredit.com. We will verify your identity before acting on access, correction or deletion requests, and we respond within the time the law allows.

11Children

Our services are for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's involvement. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will give notice on our website or by email. Changes never apply retroactively to share mobile numbers or text consent for marketing.
